Welcome to Vivid Concepts. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We offer creative solutions including branding, content creation, design, photography, videography, and marketing.
All work is outlined and agreed upon before starting.

2. Payments
 

• A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final delivery.

• Late payments may incur a 5% weekly fee.
   

3. Revisions

Projects include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond this will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Ownership & Usage
 

• Final work is transferred to the client upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
   

5. Cancellations
 

• If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made.
   

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive information shared with us will remain confidential.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses once the final work has been delivered and approved.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
